Mercari's customer service is subpar! It is difficult to get information and resolve problems. I do not feel that I had any support or communication as a seller for Mercari and that the dedication is clearly to buyers. I have the return tracking number so that I could manually update it but there's no place to do that. I can't go into my purchase history because my "communication" with customer service has been "closed" because they figured the issue is resolved and I don't see a place to re-open that message chain.
